Delete Your Silent Zombie Account

You can delete your Silent Zombie account and associated game data directly inside the game. No email or support request is required.

Delete your account in the game

  1. Open Silent Zombie while connected to the internet.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Read the permanent-deletion and subscription warning, then select Delete to confirm.

The game authenticates the current account, removes its friend relationships and account-linked game data, and then deletes the account. If any required step fails, the game does not delete the authentication account and lets you retry.

If you no longer have access to the game, you can instead email privacy@silentzombiegame.com. Include your player ID if available, but never send passwords, payment card numbers, bank details, or private account credentials.

Data deleted

In-game deletion removes the authentication account, player identifiers, saved progress, inventory, currency balances, missions, rewards, Battle Pass state, chests, trophies, loadouts, friend code, friend relationships and requests, block-list references, player reports involving the account, cloud-stored game files, analytics data queued for deletion, and other game data owned by the account. Email requests are deleted or anonymized after verification where technically and legally possible.

Data retained

Some limited records may be retained after account deletion when needed for security, fraud prevention, purchase validation, refund handling, entitlement audit, dispute resolution, platform compliance, legal obligations, tax or accounting requirements, or backup integrity.

The game also retains a one-way suppression marker derived from the former player ID. The marker does not contain the player ID in readable form and is used only to stop friend codes, reports, blocks, or other account references from being recreated after deletion.

In-game deletion starts immediately after you confirm it. Verified email requests are normally processed within 30 days. Backup, security, and operational copies may persist for up to 90 days before being deleted or overwritten. Purchase, entitlement, refund, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained for the period required by app store rules or applicable law, or while a dispute, chargeback, fraud review, or legal matter remains active.

Effects of deletion

Account deletion permanently removes the account, game progress, online features, inventory, virtual currency, social data owned by the account, and access to account-linked entitlements. Limited transaction, purchase-validation, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may be retained or anonymized as described above. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; manage or cancel an active subscription separately through your app store account settings.
